Terms of Business

Listed below are our rates for services offered:

• Commission:  15%  of hammer price (Minimum £4)
• Damage waver no charge: 
• Lot fee: £2.00 per lot sold or unsold .
• The above fees plus VAT at the current rate will be deducted from your final proceeds.
• Buyer's Premium 15% plus VAT at the current rate
• All sales are catalogued and open for viewing on the Monday and Tuesday prior to a sale from 9.00am to 6.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 9.00am. Sales start at 10.30am.
• We can also offer a valuation service for probate purposes. Fees for this service are variable.Please telephone for details or appointment.
